The caravan with Ukrainian grain has already reached the Bosphorus
Ships with grain, which left the ports of Great Odesa on October 31, passed the Black Sea and are currently awaiting inspection in Istanbul.
Twelve vessels are lined up before entering the Turkish Bosphorus, according to MarineTraffic. Before entering, the vessel must undergo an inspection by specialists of the RCC.
The vessels departed from the ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and Pivdennyi yesterday, October 31. In total, they transport 354.5 thousand tons of agricultural products to the countries of Africa, Asia and Europe.
Among them is the bulk carrier Ikaria Angel (Panama flag) with Ukrainian wheat for Ethiopia, which is on the verge of starvation. This is the seventh vessel chartered by the UN World Food Program (WFP).
At the same time, passage to Ukrainian ports for loading is allowed for 4 vessels that passed the RCC inspection the day before with the participation of all parties, including representatives of russia.
