The court arrested Kolomoisky’s grain terminal in the port of Pivdennyi

The maritime transshipment complex in the Odesa region, which appears in the high-profile case of the withdrawal of property from the NBU pledge, has been transferred to state management.

The court has imposed an arrest on the grain transshipment and storage complex of the company Agroterminal Logistics, located in the port of Pivdennyi in the Odesa region. This was reported by the Bureau of Economic Security press service.

The asset is associated with oligarchs Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov, who are the subjects of a large-scale investigation. An integral property complex with buildings, infrastructure, a berth and transport equipment has been arrested. The assets have been transferred to the management of the Assets Tracing and Management Agency (ARMA).

According to Bureau of Economic Security, the owner company Agroterminal Logistics is associated with persons on whom the National Security and Defense Council has imposed personal sanctions. Investigators found that back in 2016, officials of several companies, including former shareholders of one of the banks, carried out illegal actions against collateral held by the National Bank of Ukraine.

The criminal scheme was aimed at removing the asset from collateral. Thus, the company intentionally failed to fulfill its obligations to the borrower, which created a risk of property loss. In 2024, these actions continued, which became the basis for the arrest of the terminal.

Earlier, USM wrote that ARMA is preparing to sell Agroterminal Logistic in the Odesa region.
