The court arrested the Borivazh terminal in the port of Pivdennyi

The Borivazh terminal was arrested and transferred to the National Agency for Detection, Tracing and Asset Management (ARMA).
The terminal was also recognized as material evidence in criminal proceedings, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court said in a ruling.
At the request of the Bureau of Economic Security, the Kyiv court on March 6 ruled to transfer the Borivazh grain terminal in the Pivdenny port to ARMA.
“The pre-trial investigation established that officials of Borivazh LLC, acting in collusion with officials of Agroterminal Logistics LLC (the owner of the terminal), PJSC CB Privatbank and other unidentified persons, committed illegal actions in 2016 against pledged property – a marine transshipment and warehouse complex for grain cargo, which was pledged to the National Bank of Ukraine under a mortgage agreement,” the court said in a ruling.
In particular, Borivazh is suspected of tax evasion during 2022-2024.
It should be noted that the terminal was arrested at the end of February, and in early March the court transferred the terminal to ARMA.
Earlier, USM reported that the founders of the terminal in Odesa lost the London arbitration.
