The Delta Harmony tanker from the “shadow fleet” was spotted near Novorossiysk

The sanctioned vessel was probably recently attacked by naval drones.

The tanker Delta Harmony of the “shadow fleet” is in the Black Sea near Novorossiysk. This was reported by the head of the Center for the Study of Occupation Petro Andyushchenko.

According to him, the vessel sails under the flag of Liberia and regularly calls at Russian ports, systematically turning off the transponder.

Andyushchenko suggests that the tanker could have come under attack. It is not yet known whether the vessel is still moving. The expert emphasizes that after previous strikes, similar tankers remained on the move for some time. The question also remains open whether the Delta Harmony is sailing in ballast or loaded with oil.
