The headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol will not be repaired
The Black Sea Fleet headquarters building in Sevastopol, destroyed as a result of the Ukrainian attack, will not be repaired.
The invaders do not want to spend resources on repairs in vain, because they do not believe in the ability of Russian air defense to prevent further attacks, reports the “Crimean Wind” with reference to Ukrainian military expert Vladyslav Seleznyov.
“Taking into account the fact that, despite the statement, Russian air defense is not able to fully ensure a safe space over the territory of temporarily occupied Sevastopol, I do not think that in the near future the enemy will spend resources on restoring the Black Sea Fleet headquarters building,” he commented.
Seleznyov added that part of the basement premises of the destroyed headquarters continues to work.
Speaking about where the leadership of the Black Sea Fleet is located after the attack, the expert noted: “I think that the military infrastructure on the territory of Sevastopol is sufficiently extensive, and the enemy has the opportunity to use other buildings and structures to ensure the functioning of the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.”
It will be recalled that during the attack on the headquarters of Russian Black Sea Fleet on September 22, the Ukrainian military eliminated at least 9 invaders.
Later, the Armed Forces updated the data and indicated that after the attack on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, 34 officers were killed, among them Admiral Viktor Sokolov.
