The Odesa branch of the USPA is preparing for the certification audit of the integrated management system

The Odesa branch of the State Enterprise “USPA” has begun active preparation for the certification audit of the integrated management system (ISM).

The ISM combines key processes of the enterprise in accordance with the requirements of international standards, the entity explained.

For high-quality preparation for the audit, the Internal Audit Program of the ISM was approved and put into effect by order of the head of the branch. By August 31, 2026, internal auditors and involved technical experts will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the work of structural units.

As part of the internal audit, designated specialists check the fulfillment of the requirements of the integrated management system, the relevance of documentation, the efficiency of production processes and the level of readiness of personnel to undergo certification.

The integrated management system combines international standards in the areas of quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety of employees. This approach allows ensuring uniform management principles, increasing work efficiency and rational use of resources.

“Preparation for the certification audit is not only a check of compliance with international requirements, but also an opportunity to improve internal processes, increase the level of security and strengthen the trust of our partners,” said Dmitry Nazarenko, Head of the Odesa Branch of the State Enterprise “USPA”.

Successful completion of the audit will be another confirmation of the systematic work of the Odesa Branch of the State Enterprise “USPA” to improve the quality of management, industrial safety and environmental responsibility in accordance with the best global practices.

USM previously reported that the USPA confirmed compliance with the international environmental standard ISO 14001
