The Port of Novorossiysk received the right to conceal its activities


Novorossiysk Sea Trade Port (RF) received the right not to disclose information about its activities.

The relevant decree was signed by Vladimir Putin, rosZMI reports.

Transneft PJSC, its subsidiaries and Novorossiysk Sea Trade Port PJSC are included in the list of companies that can determine the list of disclosed information.

19 organizations were added to the list, including “Novorossiysk Fuel Terminal” LLC, “Primorskyi Trade Port” LLC, “Transneft – Port Kozmino” LLC, “Novorossiysk Sea Trade Port” PJSC, “Transneft” PJSC, etc.

The document entered into force on the day of its official publication, that is, on August 22, 2024.

Russian mass media claim that the right not to disclose information about their activities was granted to economically significant companies of Russia at the beginning of this year. Such a decision was made allegedly in connection with sanctions imposed by foreign countries against organizations of the Russian Federation.

Earlier, USM reported that a railway ferry with fuel for the occupying forces was on fire in the Russian port of Kavkaz.
