The Russian Federation officially withdrew from the Grain Agreement
Russia has officially announced the termination of the Black Sea Grain Initiative.
The representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that the terrorist country is withdrawing from the Grain Agreement. According to the official, Moscow has already officially informed Ukraine, Turkey and the UN about the termination of the Initiative.
Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov also announced Russia’s withdrawal from the Black Sea Initiative. The politician complained that “the part (ed. note – Agreement) regarding Russia has not been fulfilled.” Instead, the Kremlin spokesman continues to blackmail the world, claiming that the Russian Federation will “immediately return to the implementation of the Agreement” if the parties fulfill the conditions of the terrorist country.
It will be recalled that earlier Moscow demanded the removal of part of the sanctions and the connection of Rossilhospbank to the SWIFT system, blackmailing it to withdraw from the Grain Agreement.
Subsequently, on July 11, UN Secretary General António Guterres sent a letter to Putin proposing ways to promote Russian exports of food and fertilizers. Guterres also agreed to connect a subsidiary of the sanctioned Rossilhospbank to SWIFT in exchange for an extension of the Grain Agreement.
Instead, the terrorist country refuses to go to negotiations, which once again confirms the manipulativeness of the Kremlin representatives’ statements and their reluctance to fulfill international agreements. Previously, USM wrote that the work of the “grain” corridor is possible without Russia. Navigation in the Black Sea could be supported by 3 NATO countries — Romania, Turkey and Bulgaria.
