The scheme of the new entrance to the port was approved in Odesa

The Odesa authorities approved an alternative route to the Odesa port. The construction of the new road to the port is promised to be completed by the end of 2022.

The new route yesterday, December 23rd, was approved by the executive committee of the Odesa City Council, reports USI.

Now trucks go to the port through the Ob’ezdnaya and Baltskaya roads – this is the only option for which the private company Euroterminal charges a fee from each vehicle.

Odesa authorities note that the current route of trucks cannot be canceled, since otherwise they will drive directly in the city.

The new road will go to the M-28 Odesa – Yuzhny highway. The total cost of the works is more than UAH 3 billion (USD 109.6 thousand), it is planned to complete them by the end of 2022. The contractor is OOO Rostdorstroy (Limited Liability Company).
