The Shipping Administration and the State Emergency Service signed an MOU


The Shipping Administration and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine have agreed on cooperation.

This was reported by the Acting Head of the Shipping Administration Mykola Kravchuk.

The Acting Head of the Shipping Administration together with the Head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine Andriy Danyk discussed issues related to shipping safety and rapid response in emergency situations.

Following the meeting, the parties signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Shipping Administration and the State Emergency Service.

“This document is not about formalities, but about real interaction: operational exchange of information, joint exercises and coordinated actions in critical situations,” Kravchuk commented.

Earlier, USM reported that the Shipping Administration and EMSA discussed proposals for assistance to Ukraine.
