UDS completed the reservation of conscripted employees

PJSC “Ukrainian Danube Shipping” completed the booking of conscripted employees.

Reservations have been confirmed for the floating warehouse, employees of the fleet maintenance base (BTOF), the Kilia plant, and other employees critical to the stable operation of the enterprise, the UDS reported.

In the personnel department, all reserved employees are provided with an extract from the order of the Ministry of Economy “On reservation of conscripts”.

The document should be carried along with the military ticket and presented to representatives of the territorial recruitment and social support center (TCC and SP) upon request. The reservation is valid for 6 months and will be extended.

The company also said that new employees of the shipyard, who are now coming to work at the UDS, are immediately submitted for additional booking.

Reservation lists may be subject to change. Reservations will not be retained for employees who are terminated or cease to perform mission-critical functions. In such cases, the enterprise must notify the assembly centers.

We remind you that in order to book an employee, the company must submit an application to the Ministry of Economy or a relevant ministry. For example, farmers should apply to the Ministry of Agricultural Policy, and transport industry workers to the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure. Applications approved by the ministries are submitted for final approval to the Ministry of Defense, which issues an order on the reservation of employees.
