UDS will reform its corporate structure

This year, “Ukrainian Danube Shipping” aims to reform its own corporate structure – the transition to a new model is planned for March.

“The need for changes in the company’s administration became clear a year ago, when the company switched to a new electronic document management system. A huge amount of working time has been freed up, labor costs have decreased several times,” the press service of the UDS reported.

Currently, the company is undergoing the second stage of digitization of management — the ERP system is being implemented, and at the same time, the transition to International Financial Reporting Standards is planned.

“The reform is not only part of the recommendations of our international partners. This is a requirement of the time, a condition for further development of the enterprise,” the UDS noted.
