Ukraine and Russia started a new round of negotiations

A new round of face-to-face negotiations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation is taking place in Turkey.
Negotiations will begin today, March 28, and will last two days. This was announced by one of the participants of the Ukrainian delegation David Arakhamia.
According to Arakhamia, the talks will be held in Turkey.
Previously, the Ukrainian and Russian delegations met in Belarus, and later switched to an online format of negotiations.
