Ukraine has exported record volumes of oil since the beginning of the war

Ukraine exported a record monthly amount of oil since the beginning of the full-scale war.
The export of sunflower oil from Ukraine in December reached the maximum in the last 2 years – almost 672 thousand tons, reports “APK-Inform”.
Export volumes in December exceed November by 25%. This is the second highest monthly volume of oil shipments since January 2022. In addition, this is the second highest figure for December in the entire history of sunflower oil exports from Ukraine.
Most of the exports in December were sent to Romania and Turkey – about 25% and 12%, respectively.
In total, in September-December 2023/24, Ukraine exported almost 2 million tons of sunflower oil – 4% more than in the same period of the previous season.
