Ukraine unblocks diesel imports from Constanta

Ukraine has unblocked the import of diesel fuel from the Romanian port of Constanta.
This is reported by enkorr, citing sources.
It is expected that the first batches of diesel fuel will soon be unloaded and cleared through customs.
Since October 1, 2025, the Energy Customs has been intensifying checks on cargo from the Romanian port of Constanta due to suspicions that the port is working with Turkish and Indian resources, which are indirectly related to Russian raw materials.
According to available information, Romania has notified Ukraine of the suspension of such supplies since November.
