Ukrainian sailors can now see the number of available forms

Now everyone can see the number of Seafarer’s identity document forms, diplomas and other qualification documents available in the Shipping Administration.

Another anti-corruption step in the field of certification of seafarers was announced by the head of the Shipping Administration, Yevhenii Ignatenko.

According to him, now everyone can see the number of seafarer identity card forms and qualification documents available in the Shipping Administration.

“The data will be updated regularly. Thus, we remove any speculations on the topic of “absence of forms”, Yevhenii Ignatenko emphasized.

As of today:

• Seafarer’s identity card forms – 11,524 pcs.

• Forms of professional diplomas – 49,701 pcs.

• Confirmation forms for professional diplomas – 50,575 pcs.

• Specialist certificate forms – 32,504 pcs.

As previously reported by USM, during the year of operation, the new State Qualification Commission for Seafarers processed more than 30,000 applications.
