Ukrzaliznytsia grain trucks will increase in price by UAH 400 in April

The most significant increase will affect grain trucks, the cost of which will increase to 2,500 UAH per day excluding VAT.
In April, Ukrzaliznytsia is raising rates for renting its own rolling stock. This is reported by Elevatorist.
In particular, the rental of grain trucks will increase by 400 UAH — to 2,500 UAH/day excluding VAT versus 2,100 UAH/day in March.
The rental rate for gondola cars will also increase — by 300 UAH, to 1,750 UAH/day excluding VAT. In March, it was 1,450 UAH/day.
The rental rate for food tankers will increase by 150 UAH — to 1,550 UAH/day excluding VAT versus 1,400 UAH/day a month earlier.
In addition, the rate for cement trucks converted into gondola cars will increase significantly. In April, it will be 798 UAH/day excluding VAT, which is 295 UAH more than in March, when this figure was at 503 UAH/day.
Meanwhile, as USM wrote, the Ukrainian freight market is looking for balance against the backdrop of volatile fuel prices.
