USPA and EBRD discussed investments in logistics

The management of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” held a meeting with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) regarding promising investment projects in the logistics sector.
This was reported by the АМПУ.
As noted in the department, the parties discussed financing needs, medium-term planning and implementation of projects aimed at strengthening port infrastructure and increasing the efficiency of logistics routes.
The USPA added that the EBRD remains one of the key financial partners of Ukraine, implementing large-scale infrastructure projects, in particular in the areas of logistics and water supply.
“We highly appreciate the experience and support of the EBRD in the implementation of strategic projects. Cooperation in the development of port infrastructure is especially important for us, as it is the basis of the stability of the Ukrainian economy and a significant factor in global food security. We are open to joint work, which will allow us to ensure effective logistics today and create potential for growth in the future,” said Oleksandr Semirga, Head of the State Enterprise “USPA”.
Earlier, USPA invited Polish business to join investments in Ukrainian ports.
