USPA and the State Border Guard Service are switching to automatic data exchange via DocPort

The State Enterprise “Seaports Administration of Ukraine” and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine have signed an Agreement on Information Cooperation.

The document launches electronic data exchange between the parties within the framework of the DocPort port logistics system, the USPA reported.

According to the Agreement, data on the entry and exit of trucks with commercial cargo through the seaports will be transmitted to the State Border Guard Service automatically. This eliminates the need for manual submission of information and reduces the time for passing control.

In the future, data exchange will be expanded: lists of crew and passengers will be added to the system.

The agreement with the State Border Guard Service is another step towards building a full-fledged digital environment in Ukrainian seaports, the USPA noted.

Earlier, USM reported that the USPA and representatives of the European Commission discussed the work of Ukrainian ports.
