The Shipping Administration has changed the cost of services: current prices

The Ukrainian Shipping Administration has changed the cost of services for seafarers.

Since January 1, the cost of services at the Shipping Administration has changed. The prices for some of them depend on the size of the living wage, the head of the administration, Yevhenii Ignatenko, said.

In accordance with Article 7 of the Law on the State Budget of Ukraine, the monthly living wage for able-bodied persons for 2024 is set at UAH 3,028.

Current cost of popular services of the Shipping Administration:

Issuance of a seafarer’s identity card (new):

• standard term: UAH 1,161.62, 20 calendar days;

• urgent: UAH 1,745.62, 7 working days.

Registration or temporary registration of a vessel in the Ship Book of Ukraine:

• standard term: UAH 1,514.00, 5 working days;

• urgent: UAH 3028.00, 2 working days.

Exclusion or temporary exclusion of the Vessel from the Ship Book of Ukraine:

• standard term: UAH 1,514.00, 5 working days;

• urgent: UAH 3028.00, 2 working days.

Amendments to the Ship Book of Ukraine:

• standard term: UAH 1,514.00, 5 working days;

• urgent: UAH 3028.00, 2 working days.

Issuance of new documents instead of lost ones (Ship Book of Ukraine):

• standard term: UAH 757.00, 5 working days;

• urgent: UAH 1,514.00, 2 working days.

Issuance of an international certificate for the right to operate a pleasure craft:

• standard term: UAH 605.60, 10 working days after submitting the application;

• urgent: UAH 1,514.00, 5 working days after submitting the application.

A one-time fee in the amount of one subsistence minimum is paid for issuing a license. Based on its size for able-bodied persons, effective on the day the licensing authority makes a decision to issue a license, the cost is UAH 3,028.00.

The cost of forms for seafarer’s record book, as well as qualification documents, currently remains unchanged.
