About 30 ships remained in the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation
At least 10 “Kalibr” cruise missile carriers remain in the Black Sea Fleet of Russia.
The Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation has more than 30 vessels in operation, including 10 missile carriers. Among them are three submarines, said Dmytro Pletenchuk, the spokesman of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, “Ukrinform” writes.
“They have serious problems, first of all, with military logistics. For several months now, in fact, there has been no use of these missiles, such as “Kalibr”, except for one confirmed case after the sinking of “Cesar Kunikov”. Nevertheless, we definitely have a lot to work on,” Pletenchuk emphasized.
At the same time, of the 13 large amphibious ships that were at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Russians now have only 5 units left. All of them are in base points.
Despite the loss of ships, enemy aviation over the Black Sea remains active. The invaders mostly conduct reconnaissance. Although the Russian Federation reduced the use of aircraft after the loss of the SU-24 over the Sea of Azov, the dominance of Russian aircraft is still felt in the airspace over the Black Sea.
We will remind, on the night of March 5, the special unit of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Group 13 attacked the Russian patrol ship “Sergey Kotov” with Magura V5 marine drones.
According to preliminary data of the Defense Intelligence, during the destruction of the Russian patrol ship “Sergei Kotov” seven invaders from the ship’s crew were killed.
