The bridge from Ukraine across the Tysa River will increase exports
Currently, one of the priority tasks of the Ministry of Reconstruction is the construction of a bridge across the Tysa on the border with Romania.
This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, Vasyl Shkurakov.
According to him, the bridge across the Tysa, which should connect Ukraine and Romania, will expand the capacity of the transport infrastructure for export.
“We are working on the development of transport infrastructure in the area of roads, and a priority task for the Ministry of Reconstruction and the Reconstruction Agency is the construction of a bridge across the Tysa, which will ensure the expansion of our export opportunities. The development of the TEN-T network is today a priority area of our work, and the funds of the European Union are actively involved in this area,” emphasized Vasyl Shkurakov.
He added that the ministry, together with Romanian colleagues, is constantly working on expanding the capacity of checkpoints. Recently, two new checkpoints were opened on the border with Romania.
