Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine exposed a new scheme of “gray” export of grain from the terminal in Odesa

The Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine published new facts confirming the export of grain from the Olympex terminal without paying taxes.

As noted in the court decision, a group of people organized a scheme to export agricultural products without paying taxes on the territory of Kyiv, Odesa and Odesa region. Latifundist writes about it.

For this, the suspects allegedly used the details of enterprises with signs of “riskiness”: LLC “OUTSTAFF 19”, LLC “EXPRESS VSE” and LLC “AGROTRANS-GRUP”.

The actual delivery of grain and settlement for cash was carried out at the terminal “Olympex”. Integrated property complexes were used for storage, accumulation and transshipment of agricultural products of “risky” companies.

Earlier, agricultural products without documents were discovered at the Odesa terminal. As of November 10, 2023, there were grain residues at the terminal: about 22,600 tons of wheat, 11,000 tons of soybeans, and almost 9,000 tons of corn. At the request of the prosecutor, the judge approved the decision to seize the grain. The ownership of the terminal belonged to “Olympex Coupe International” LLC and “Attollo Granum” LLC.

Previously, USM wrote that the heads of tax and customs departments were exposed in Odesa region. For bribes, officials guaranteed entrepreneurs not to create artificial obstacles during customs clearance of goods.
