This year, Ukraine may receive EUR 1.7 billion in profits from frozen Russian assets. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this during a press conference with Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, Ukrinform erites.

Belgium and Ukraine also signed a bilateral agreement on cooperation in the field of security. It provides for the provision of military aid in the amount of at least 977 million euros.

At the same time, Belgium volunteered to open an office of the Belgian State Development Agency on the territory of Ukraine and allocate funds for the reconstruction of Chernihiv region.
