The Russians attacked port and civilian infrastructure, as well as a civilian ship, with missiles.

On the afternoon of September 20, the Russians attacked Odesa with Iskander-M missiles, Oleh Kiper, the head of Odesa Regional Military Administration reported.

The wreckage damaged port and civilian infrastructure, as well as a civilian vessel under the flag of Antigua.

Four civilians were injured. They are provided with all necessary assistance.

Law enforcement officers record the consequences of yet another crime committed by Russians. The head of Odesa OVA once again called to go to the shelter when the air alarm signal was announced.
