AllSeeds has stopped purchasing raw materials for processing and finished products due to new export regulations
AllSeeds Board of Directors Chairman Vyacheslav Petrishche criticized the new export support regime, which came into effect on November 30, and also spoke about the obstacles the company has faced.
In his Facebook post, Petrishche reported that AllSeeds has stopped all purchases of raw materials for processing and finished products for export due to the operation of the export support regime.
Petrishche noted that the operation of the new procedure has not been tested, and large delays still occur – this, in turn, not only leads to demurrage losses, but also puts port workers at risk.
“The ships came in, the ships are large, it takes more than one day to load. And so they loaded on December 1. People grew under bombs, processed under bombs, stored in ports under bombs, and now they loaded onto ships and are waiting for registration again under bombs,” Petrishche noted.
AllSeeds also added that it is easier for them to temporarily stop working than to put people in danger.
“It is better to send people home and sit with money than to take such a risk when, if not the enemy, then their own people will “cover” you. Which I recommend to everyone. Maybe Mr. Hetmantsev (the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada tax committee) will steer the entire economy himself? God grant him health, and may the country survive it!”, — wrote Petrishche.
We will remind you that from December 1, 2024, an export guarantee regime for certain goods came into force in Ukraine. Thus, from December 1, goods registered under periodic customs declarations until November 30 inclusive are not subject to passage outside the customs territory of Ukraine. Registration of loading of these goods onto sea vessels is also not allowed.Earlier, we also told that an export regime for agricultural products has been introduced in Ukraine and how it will work.
