Kyiv company to acquire property complex of Black Sea Fishport administration

LLC “Garant-Product Ukraine”,registered in Kyiv became the sole participant and winner of the auction.
This is stated on the lot page in the Prozorro.Sale system.
We are talking about an auction for the privatization of a single property complex of the state enterprise “Maritime Administration of the Black Sea Fishing Port”.
The starting price of the lot was UAH 4.75 million, the auction participant LLC “Garant-Product Ukraine” offered UAH 5.05 million.
Including VAT, the sale price of the property complex is UAH 6.06 million.
We will remind you that at the end of December, the State Property Fund put up for auction the single property complex of the State Enterprise “Maritime Administration of the Black Sea Fishing Port”. The balance of the enterprise includes two tankers and a patrol boat.
