Ukraine returns Navy soldiers: Russians took them prisoner in Mariupol and Zaporizhia region

Ukraine has returned 150 defenders from captivity. Among them are soldiers of the Naval Forces.
150 Ukrainian soldiers, sergeants and officers have returned from captivity, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported.
In particular, Ukraine has returned soldiers of the Naval Forces who were captured in Mariupol and Zaporizhia region.
In addition, we are talking about soldiers of the Air Force, Airborne Assault and Ground Forces, National Guardsmen, border guards, Teroboronivtsi, as well as a policeman. All of them are from different directions of the front.
“Some of the guys were in captivity for more than two years. And today for them and their families is a day that weighs more than years of waiting. It is true happiness to see them home, alive, free,” Zelenskyy wrote.
The President thanked partners, in particular the UAE, for their assistance in returning people. Earlier, USM reported that the Defense Intelligence and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs evacuated Ukrainian sailors released from Houthi captivity.
