The Ministry of Development team held a meeting with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
This was reported by the Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Kuleba.
According to him, during the meeting, they discussed key joint projects aimed at restoring and modernizing Ukraine’s transport infrastructure.
Separately, they discussed work on port concession projects in the south of our country, in particular in the port of Chornomorsk.
“We also plan to preserve projects in the ports of Olvia and Kherson,” the minister noted.
Recall that in November 2024 it became known that the ports of Olvia and Kherson were preparing to restart concession projects. At that time, the ministry explained that this was critically important for the country’s economy, especially in conditions of limited access to deep-water ports.
