“Nibulon” took first place among the largest employers in the Mykolaiv region

Agroholding “Nibulon” entered the rating of the largest employers in Ukraine and took first place in the Mykolaiv region.
The rating was created in Opendatabot based on financial reporting data that Ukrainian companies submit to the State Statistics Service, the ress service of “Nibulon” reported.
Thus, in the Mykolaiv region, the leader was the agricultural company Nibulon – 2.8 thousand employees. However, over the year the number of employees decreased by 23.6%.
HRD and member of the Board of Directors of LLC “Nibulon” JV Yana Romanenko noted that the company’s goal is to ensure stability and well-being of the company’s employees and their families.
“It is valuable for us that “Nibulon” remains the largest employer in the region, where the company’s history began 33 years ago. Despite difficult times, the company continues to work, regularly pays wages to employees, pays taxes to local budgets and supports the economy of Southern Ukraine,” Yana Romanenko emphasized.
As a reminder, USM discussed in an interview with NIBULON Logistics Director Serhiy Kalkutin the main challenges faced by Ukrainian river logistics during the war, as well as plans for recovery.
