“Despite the blockade of the sea terminal, the loss of the ability to carry out full-fledged port activities and other restrictions caused by the war, Nibulon maintains its economic presence in the Mykolaiv region, jobs and continues to increase tax deductions,” the company noted.

Nibulon emphasized that the support of local authorities plays an important role in maintaining the economic activity of enterprises. In particular, the Mykolaiv City Council decided to provide the company with a benefit from the fee for using the water area due to the blockade of the sea terminal in the amount of UAH 18 million.

“For comparison, in just nine months of 2026, the company’s tax deductions in the Mykolaiv region increased by UAH 19.6 million, and by the end of the year an increase of UAH 33.8 million is expected. This is an example of how a constructive partnership between the government and business helps to preserve the economic potential of the front-line region even in the most difficult conditions,” Nibulon emphasized.
