ARMA prepares for sale the arrested vessel USKO MFU

The vessel retains investment potential and will soon be put up for auction, ARMA said.

The National Asset Management Agency (ARMA) announced the start of the procedure for selling the arrested vessel USKO MFU. This was reported by ARMA Head Olena Duma.

The asset was transferred to the agency for management based on the decision of the Dniprovsky District Court of Kyiv. The nearest plans include the selection of a bidding organizer, an assessment of the vessel’s value, and an auction via the Prozorro.Sales platform.

According to ARMA, despite its technical needs, the vessel has high investment potential. In particular, it has retained its main power unit and basic navigation equipment and may be restored for commercial use or be of interest to ship repair or recycling companies.

Bids for participation in the auction can be submitted until 16:00 on July 4, 2025. USM recently wrote that ARMA is initiating a ban on nine arrested vessels from going to sea.
