The real estate of the port infrastructure of the Odesa region was transferred to the management of ARMA

By court decision, real estate objects that are part of the logistics infrastructure of the port complex of the Odesa region were transferred to ARMA.

As reported by the National Agency, these are assets that can be used to ensure the stable functioning of cargo flows, strengthen the food and energy security of the state, as well as restore logistics chains in conditions of full-scale war.

Despite the constant threat of missile strikes and a naval blockade, the ports of the Odesa region continue to operate stably. Since the beginning of 2024, more than 46 million tons of cargo have been exported through sea corridors, including products of the agro-industrial complex.

Against the background of the temporary inaccessibility of the ports of the Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Kherson and Mykolaiv regions, it is the Odesa region that performs the critically important function of the country’s single logistics center – today about 80% of all cargo flows pass through its ports.

To date, these objects have already been inspected by specialists from the Southern MTU of ARMA. The next stage will be an independent valuation of the asset. After determining its market value, the asset will be put up for open competition in the Prozorro system to find an effective manager.

Earlier, USM reported that ARMA is preparing the seized vessel USKO MFU for sale.
