As noted in the message, floating cranes and tugboats were sent to the ship.

On August 14, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched a fire strike on the seaport of Olya in the Astrakhan region of Russia.

According to preliminary data, the ship “Port Olya-4”, loaded with components for Shahed drones and ammunition, was hit during the attack. The consequences of the strike are currently being clarified.

Recall that the port of Olya is an important logistics hub through which Russian troops receive military goods from Iran.
