Defense Intelligence fighters hit a ship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet near Novorossiysk

In the Black Sea, special forces of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense tracked down and attacked a ship of the MPSV07 project from the enemy Black Sea Fleet.
This was повідомили reported on Thursday, September 11, by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
“At the time of the attack by the Defense Intelligence special forces, the enemy ship was conducting electronic reconnaissance and patrolling the approaches to the Novorossiysk Bay, where the aggressor had “registered” the remnants of its Black Sea Fleet,” the Defense Intelligence report says.
The fighters struck a well-aimed blow with a Ukrainian-made combat drone in the area of the control bridge, where, in particular, the ship’s navigation and communication equipment is located.
It is noted that the defeat occurred on September 10. The Russians put this ship into operation in 2015. Its cost is about $60 million. In total, the Russian occupiers have four such ships.
The ship of the MPSV07 project is equipped with diving complexes, remote-controlled devices, a side-scan sonar, and means of electronic reconnaissance (ERR). It can be used to survey the bottom. The ship’s power is about 4 MW.
As a result of the impact, the RER equipment was destroyed, and the Russian ship was put out of action for expensive repairs, the Defense Intelligence noted.
Earlier, the Navy also explained where the destroyed Russian boat was heading.
