State Property Fund announced an auction for the privatization of the Odesa Port Plant


The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for privatization a state stake of 99.5667% of the authorized capital of JSC “Odesa Port Plant”.

The auction will be held on November 25, 2025 in the “Prozorro.Sales” system, the State Property Fund  reported.

The starting price of the lot is UAH 4.49 billion. The guarantee deposit is UAH 224.4 million, the registration fee is UAH 80 thousand. 795.08 million ordinary registered shares are offered for sale, which is equal to 99.5667% of the company’s authorized capital. Applications for participation can be submitted until November 24.

Odesa Port Plant is one of the largest producers and transshippers of nitrogen fertilizers in Ukraine, located in the city of Yuzhnoye, Odesa region on the Black Sea coast. The company exports over 90% of urea and 99% of ammonia to over 30 countries around the world, including the EU and the USA.

The plant owns 45 real estate properties with an area of ​​over 285 thousand m², including production and logistics complexes, administrative premises, and social facilities. The company also owns 32 land plots with a total area of ​​over 262 hectares. As of June 30, 2025, the OPP employed 1,436 people.

The plant is one of the key large-scale privatization facilities managed by the State Property Fund.
