The overpass will be repaired in the Odesa port for over UAH 310 million

The Odesa branch of the State Enterprise “USPA” has concluded an agreement on construction works for the overhaul of a transport overpass for over UAH 310 million.

This was reported on the Prozorro public procurement platform.

The subject of the procurement is construction works for the overhaul of the 3rd stage (inv. No. 072554) of the transport overpass of the Odesa branch of the State Enterprise “USPA”, adjustments, additional works.

The Odesa branch of the USPA concluded the agreement with LLC “GC “Avtostrada”. The agreement was agreed directly, without using the site.

The company must complete the work by December 31, 2028.

“There was a need to purchase additional works or services from the same participant as provided for in the main procurement agreement, which was concluded based on the results of the tender and/or is carried out within three years after the conclusion of the procurement agreement, and the total cost of such works or services does not exceed 50 percent of the price of the main procurement agreement,” the justification for conducting a non-competitive procurement states.

Recall that it was previously assumed that the overpass in the Odesa port would be repaired for UAH 30.75 million. Thus, the price of the works has now increased tenfold.
