A tender was held for the restoration of a truck parking lot on the way to the Izmail port

The winner of the tender was the company “Evrodor”, which was the only participant in the bidding.

According to “Intent”, the company’s offer amounted to 20.97 million UAH against 21.46 million UAH in the tender. The contractor was chosen by the housing and communal services department in the Odesa region.

The truck parking lot is planned to be restored within six months, and all necessary work under the contract should be completed by the end of 2027.

The working project for the overhaul of the parking lot in 2025 was carried out by the Kyiv private enterprise “Inzhdorbud”. In October, the customer approved the document. The project provides for the operation of the site for heavy goods vehicles for 22 years.

The tender documentation indicates that the contractor company will carry out a major overhaul of the driveways, parking lot, sidewalks and adjacent infrastructure within the specified period with a complete replacement of the coating and updating of engineering elements. In particular, drainage and storm sewers will be laid, new drainage trays will be replaced and installed, manholes and ceilings will be repaired, and elements will be waterproofed. As part of the improvement, curbs and curbs will be installed, a site for garbage containers will be equipped, slopes will be strengthened and green areas will be sown with grass, and new garbage cans will be installed.

New road signs will be dismantled and installed in the adjacent territory, as well as horizontal road markings will be applied.
