Russian amphibious transport boat hit in Crimea

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have hit a Russian BK-16 amphibious assault boat in temporarily occupied Crimea.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.
“As part of systematic measures to reduce the offensive potential of the Russian aggressor, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to strike important military targets of the enemy,” the military noted.
Thus, on February 12, a Russian BK-16 amphibious assault boat was successfully hit near the settlement of Novoozerne in Crimea. At the same time, an RSP-10 radar station was hit near Gvardiyskoye in Crimea.
Russian losses and the extent of the damage are being clarified.
Recall that the BK-16 is a Russian amphibious assault boat designed to transport special forces units, marines, and perform sabotage and assault missions in the coastal zone. It operates mainly in the Black Sea and is about 16 meters long and has a displacement of approximately 20 tons. The boat is capable of carrying a crew of two and up to 16 fully equipped paratroopers.
