Nibulon appoints new head of strategic business development

Vitaliy Yefimov has joined the Nibulon team as Head of Strategic Business Development.

Yefimov is a manager with over 20 years of experience in management positions in international and Ukrainian companies in the FMCG and agribusiness sectors, Nibulon reported.

He began his professional career at British American Tobacco, where he developed expertise in system management, sales development, and building effective business processes.

Over the past ten years, Yefimov has specialized in the agricultural sector. He held management positions in Agrocenter Eurokhim Ukraine, Ukragrocom, Polymer Trading, and others, where he was responsible for purchasing, sales, and development of distribution areas.

At Nibulon, Vitaliy Yefimov will be responsible for the strategic development of new business areas: forming a long-term strategy with responsibility for financial results, organizing supply chains, optimizing logistics processes with the construction of a complete sales system, etc.

 USM previously reported that Nibulon plans to increase grain exports in 2026.
