The Defense Ministry team plans to actively work on blocking the Russian “shadow fleet”

Ukraine, together with its partners, is increasing strategic pressure on Russian maritime logistics, in particular on tankers subject to sanctions.
This was stated by Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov during a meeting with journalists dedicated to the first month of work of the renewed Defense Ministry team, writes Economic Pravda.
“We will actively work on limiting oil processing in the Russian Federation and on other important areas. We have started cooperation with Ukrainian and international institutions, NGOs and services to unite everyone around a common goal,” Mikhail Fedorov emphasized.
According to him, Russia is immediately launching missiles at Ukraine from the assembly line.
“That is why they have increased crude oil exports. Their budget deficit is growing. So we need to keep pressing, because we are approaching a sore point,” the minister added.
In particular, a separate responsible team has been created within the Defense Ministry structure, which focuses exclusively on blocking Russian maritime logistics. Read also: The EU is not doing enough to stop the Russian “shadow fleet”, – the President of the European Parliament.
