Bulk carrier with stolen grain from occupied Mariupol is being unloaded in Egypt

The Russian-flagged “Victoria K” vessel arrived in the Egyptian port of Alexandria with stolen grain.
This was reported by Kateryna Yaresko, a journalist for the SeaKrime project of the Peacemaker Center.
According to her, from February 8 to 19, 7438.86 tons of wheat were loaded onto the “Victoria K” vessel (IMO: 1041348) in occupied Mariupol.
“Exporter: Mostagro (TIN 9701208412). After leaving Mariupol, the vessel entered the port of Temryuk for paperwork, without cargo operations on 20-23.02.2026,” said Kateryna Yaresko.
On Monday, March 9, “Victoria K” arrived in the port of Alexandria (Egypt).

The Defense Intelligence portal of the MoD War&Sanctions notes that during 2024-2025, the ship exported more than 20 thousand tons of coking coal from the temporarily occupied Ukrainian port of Mariupol according to the scheme: the ship officially enters the Russian port of Temryuk; turns off the AIS; goes to the port of Mariupol for loading; returns to Temryuk with the cargo; turns on the AIS; goes to the port of destination.
In May 2025, the ship exported almost 7.5 thousand tons of wheat from the temporarily occupied port of Berdyansk in the Zaporizhia region to Egypt.
Also, on November 25, 2025, Ukraine applied sanctions to the vessel “Victoria K”.
As previously reported by USM, the dry cargo ship “Mys Zhelaniya” under the flag of the Russian Federation loaded more than 15 thousand tons of grain in the occupied port of Sevastopol and headed for Turkey.
