Russian ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga have stopped oil shipments, — Reuters

Terminals that handle significant volumes of crude oil and oil products exports have again suspended shipments after drone attacks.
Key Russian export terminals Primorsk and Ust-Luga have suspended shipments of crude oil and oil products after drone attacks, Reuters report.
Earlier, the Russian side said that a fire broke out in Ust-Luga after an attack by Ukrainian drones. Neighboring Primorsk has also been hit in recent days. One of the agency’s sources said that the terminal in Primorsk was closed and tanks were burning on its territory.
According to Reuters, this is not the first stoppage of work at both ports after the latest strikes. They had already suspended exports on March 22, but resumed loading the next day. New attacks have forced work to stop again.
The Security Service stated that Ukrainian drones successfully hit targets in Ust-Luga, where oil tankers and a tank farm with oil and oil products were hit. Also, according to the Ukrainian special service, on March 23, drones also hit the port of Primorsk, where the fire is said to still be going on.
In total, in 2025, Russia exported 32.9 million tons of oil products through Ust-Luga, and 16.8 million tons through Primorsk.
Also, the day before, a drone attacked a tanker of the Russian “shadow fleet” in the Black Sea.
