The State Property Fund plans to sell the Odesa Port and Mykolaiv Alumina Plants this year.
The Fund presented the corresponding privatization schedule at the presentation of the first 100 days of work of the new head Dmytro Natalukha, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
Thus, the State Property Fund plans to put up for sale JSC Odesa Port Plant (OPP) at an initial price of approximately $106 million in July-August of this year.
LLC Mykolaiv Alumina Plant (MGP) is planned to be sold for approximately $86 million in November-December of this year.
Dmytro Natalukha said that four non-disclosure agreements were signed with interested buyers of the OPP to familiarize themselves with the financial and production information of the enterprise.
Earlier, USM reported that the Agrarian Council appealed to the government: farmers are asking to launch the OPP and cancel import duties on fertilizers.
