Nibulon may increase tax deductions to the Mykolaiv budget by 25%

In 2026, the company’s tax deductions to the community budget will potentially increase by 25%.
This will collectively amount to more than 6% of the city budget, Nibulon reported.
This is especially important for front-line Mykolaiv, because in wartime the city needs stable sources of revenue to meet the basic needs of the community, support critical infrastructure, social programs, and recovery.
This decision was the result of a constructive dialogue between Nibulon and the city authorities of Mykolaiv in connection with the situation surrounding the use of the company’s water area.
In wartime, some of the resources and infrastructure cannot be used in the usual way, but the company came out with a proposal to increase the city’s support and find a partnership format for cooperation.
As a result, Nibulon and the city authorities of Mykolaiv have formed an approach that allows taking into account the real conditions of business in the front-line region and at the same time preserve and strengthen the company’s contribution to the financial viability of the community.
USM previously reported that Nibulon exported 3.15 million tons in the 2025/26 marketing year.
