The port of Chornomorsk discussed shipping safety in the port’s water area

The Ukrainian Shipping Register and the Port Authority of Chornomorsk have identified further areas of cooperation in the field of shipping safety.
This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Shipping Register.
The meeting took place on July 8 with the participation of the management of the Register and the port administration.
The parties reviewed the technical condition of hydraulic structures, the operation of vessels of the Black Sea branch of the State Administrative Service of Ukraine “USPA” and the safety of shipping in the port’s water area.
They separately discussed the interaction of maritime industry enterprises under martial law. Based on the results of the meeting, the parties identified further areas of cooperation.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Shipping Register inspected a Slovak vessel for the transportation of dangerous goods.
