In Sulina and Tulcea, certain procedures for vessel clearance in the upstream and downstream directions of the Danube have been changed.
This was reported by Avalon Shipping Operations Manager Kateryna Kononenko.
In Sulina and Tulcea, certain procedures for vessel clearance have been changed to speed up their transit through the Sulina Canal.
According to Kononenko, about 70 vessels are currently waiting in Sulina, and seven more vessels are already undergoing formalities at the roadstead.
The changes concern procedures for both vessels heading upstream along the Danube and those going out to sea. Kononenko promised to provide more details about the new procedure separately.
As of September 21, the estimated waiting time for vessels heading to Reni, Izmail, and Orlivka is 12-17 days. For Giurgiuleşti, the waiting time is estimated at 3-6 days, for Galați, Brăila, and Tulcea — at 2-4 days.

• Bystre – 5.5 m;
