State Property Fund has set the date for the auction for the sale of the Odesa Port Plant

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has set a date for an electronic auction for the sale of 99.5667% of shares of JSC “Odesa Port Plant”.
The auction will take place on October 19, 2026. Before the auction, a separate presentation of the asset is planned for potential investors, the State Property Fund reported.
The presentation of the state block of shares of the enterprise will take place on October 13, 2026 in Kyiv. During the meeting, the Fund plans to present the asset to potential investors and discuss the details of the upcoming sale.
To participate in the meeting, potential buyers must submit contact details and a list of questions to the SPFU by 2:00 p.m. on October 12.
Earlier, USM reported that the buyer of the Odesa Port Plant must invest at least UAH 500 million in modernization.
