UDS is introducing a new electronic document management system

Since January 1, 2023, the Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company began to convert documents into electronic format.

The new system of electronic document management began to be implemented in December 2022, having completed installation and training. Currently, trial operation is underway at the UDS, electronic signatures of employees are being registered, said the acting director. Dmytro Moskalenko, CEO of UDS.

Since April, the company plans to follow the paperless principle both in internal document circulation and in communications with the Ministry of Infrastructure, where similar software is installed.

“It is provided, for example, that captains can send all documents electronically. Even without leaving the ship, enter the system, create reports, form applications. “Running around offices”, the loss of applications, which shipowners have always complained about, remain in the past,” Dmytro Moskalenko added.

Thanks to the mobile application, it will be possible to agree documents in remote mode.

It should be noted that the company no longer uses old russian-made software.
