Agrovista reoriented crop exports to the Danube and the port of Constanta

Agrovista agroholding supplies this year’s products via alternative routes via the Danube Corridor, the port of Constanta and land crossings.
The company reported this.
In particular, agricultural products are sent via the Danube Corridor to Egypt and Romania, in particular via the port of Constanta. Overland routes are used to transport goods to Germany and Poland.
In parallel, Agrovista has begun harvesting sugar beets and corn, and has already harvested sunflowers on more than half of the planned areas.
The company noted that weather conditions in the summer were difficult for the development of industrial crops. At the same time, September precipitation of 60–90 mm on the holding’s lands in central Ukraine improved conditions for sugar beets and autumn sowing.
Agrovista’s land bank is about 80 thousand hectares. This season, it is planned to sow more than 30 thousand hectares with winter crops.
Previously, AgroVista attracted a $5 million loan from Sense Bank.
